Today we are exposing Chloe ting and her workout challenges.
Or should I say, reverse exposing? Unless you’ve been living under a rock. You know Chloe ting has taken youtube by storm. Unfortunately, this success has had its fair share of both positive and negative criticism. Today, I’ll take Chloe ting’s most honest critiques and I’ll be sharing my opinion on them.
PLUS, you’re going to want to stick till the end, where I give my thoughts on workout challenges, and why they are a HUGE waste of time unless you know how to transition them properly into a healthy lifestyle.
In short, you’re going to want to follow a long term sustainable approach which you can do long term. Honestly, my best advice is to use workout challenges to start, then use that momentum to switch to more long term programs if you’re serious.
What you DON’T want to do is finish the workout challenge and go back to regular life.
